Overview
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a FREE pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (“lower 48 states”). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.
Customers from outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
Returns only accepted of products purchased from svgaruda.com. We do not accept returns from 3rd party transactions.
After 30 days, if the product remains unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, we will be able to offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
